As implied by our name, at Active Solutions Physiotherapy, we strongly believe that remaining active is the best way to keep healthy. Our Physiotherapists are all Ahpra Registered and APA Members. They utilise hands-on physiotherapy along with Physio Exercise in the gym and our own Personal Trainer who runs 1:1 and small group rehabilitation personal training, LifeStyle Fit seniors exercise classes (Strength for Life Equivalent) and online Cardio-Pilates. 

We understand everything contributes to your overall wellbeing including lifestyle demands, preferred exercise, your job, other medical conditions or current stress levels. Our Physiotherapists believe it is important you understand your diagnosis and injury so that you can confidently influence, control and improve your physical capabilities.

No way! We love exercise, but first you need your pain controlled, full movement regained and to have learnt good posture. If you are weak, THEN you get exercises.

Absolutely. We specialise in treating sports injuries in children and adults.

We have a fully equipped exercise studio with a reformer, wunda chair, cable weights machine, free weights, exercise bike and balance equipment.

This space is designed for complementing your physio treatment and teaching you to understand how to achieve your good posture, perform weights without hurting yourself and safely pushing your limits under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.

We have semi-private classes that are private health insurance rebateable.

  • Physio Exercise (in gym): Physiotherapy instructed exercise specifically designed for you in our spacious Exercise Studio housing a reformer, wunda chair, cable weights machine, free weights, exercise bike and balance equipment. Private Health Insurance rebateable.
  • Mat Pilates: A Pilates Mat Class run by a Physiotherapist ensures you always have the correct technique and posture.
  • LifeStyle Fit (Strength for Life equivalent):A strength and balance program designed to help people over 55, get fit, stay strong and improve their balance.
  • Online Cardio Pilates: 35-70 years | 60+ years: Online Cardio-Pilates classes available in your own home at a time that is convenient to you. Focuses on core, strength training, cardio, balance, pelvic floor friendly. For 60+ years, the exercises are a little bit slower, less complicated and shorter duration when compared to 35-70 years.
  • Personal Training: Your exercise program developed in conjunction with physiotherapy. 1:1 and small group training. Safe exercise with absolute convenience. Any Place. Any time. Park, your house, pool etc.

Yes, we have both Male and Female Physios.

The first visit is 45 minutes; the subsequent treatments are 30 minutes. Physio exercise is 1 hour and massage is 1 hour.

We accept Extended Practitioner Care (EPC) but do charge a gap, motor vehicle accident (MVA), worker’s compensation (WC) and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) referrals.

We recommend loose fitting stretchy clothes for your appointment if possible.

Please wear clothes that provide easy access to the area you are having treated. If you do need to remove any clothing your physio will respect your modesty by draping towels.

Yes, our clinic is on the ground floor with easy wheelchair access.

Yes! For your convenience we have easy FREE parking in our 7 car bays right at the front door of our clinic.
