Clinical PIlates Floreat
CLINICAL PILATES FLOREAT
The individual exercise program for an injury was traditionally referred to as Clinical Pilates.
This “buzzword” is used to describe exercise performed on equipment, like a reformer, that focuses on posture, breathing and movement. Whilst this style of exercise is a fantastic place to start after an injury, it is not usually enough to fully recover.
Therefore at Active Solutions Physiotherapy, as well as Pilates reformer and wunda chair, we also use a cable weights machine, plyo-equipment, exercise bike, balance appartus and offer a variety of exercise options.
This way we can bridge the gap between posture & core focused ‘clinical Pilates’ and strength and agility ‘Functional Training”.
For those who want and need it – we work up a real sweat – a far cry from from the traditional “Pilates Class”
Physio designed, run and progressed exercise sessions to treat your injury.
Physio instructed exercise to improve strength, flexibility and posture.
