Lifestyle Fit is a Physio led individualised strength and balance program designed to help people over 55 get fit, stay strong and improve their balance.

It is the Strength For Life program equivalent.

Exercise Assessment is with a Physiotherapist and is 30 mins duration. We need to measure your base level of health, strength & fitness and familiarise you with the exercises performed in the class. It is performed in the gym, so wear your normal exercise attire.

Lifestyle Fit Exercise Sessions are $20 per session, purchased in a pack of 10. Or alternatively casual attendance for $22 per class.

Classes are held every Tuesday and Friday and we encourage you to attend 1-2 sessions per week to experience the best possible benefits.

Lifestyle fit can be claimed on Private Health insurance, the assessment with code 500 and the class code 561. DVA patients use code PH 50.

* T&C: This package of 10 sessions is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, is non refundable and non transferrable.
